About Me

Hi, I’m Anthony DeGrenier

I’m a licensed professional counselor in the Chicago Metropolitan Area of Illinois. I currently work at Family and Child Roots and Wings PLLC. I work with children, adolescents, teens and adults, and I specialize in supporting neurodivergent individuals and people with epilepsy. As an epileptic myself, I understand firsthand how much it can impact daily life.

Outside of work, I share my life with two cats and I love biohacking, geocaching, hiking, traveling to new places, and visiting theme parks. My approach to therapy pulls from ACT, DBT, and a bit of clinical hypnotherapy, which I’m currently studying. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from National Louis University in Chicago.

My goal with this space is to offer a chill, supportive place where you can pick up practical mental health tips, gain new perspectives, and feel a little less alone on your path.
